Uttaranchal Institute of Business Studies is a constituent unit of Sushila Devi Centre for Professional Studies and Research. The Society founded in 2000 by the eminent educationist and philanthropists, is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860. UIM is one of the <a title="top management college in Uttarakhand" href="http://uttaranchaluniversity.ac.in/colleges/uim/">top management college in Uttarakhand</a>.The late Smt. Sushila Devi , the reverend mother of the founder of the society was a simple lady with high values of life and dignity. She taught her children the value of honesty , integrity and hard work . The Late  Smt. Sushila Devi was an embodiment of ideal Indian womanhood. The Society  is a tribute to late Smt. Sushila Devi . The Society has already made its mark in the field of education through its four institutes of higher study namely, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.lawcollegedehradun.com/">Law College Dehradun</a>established in 2002, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.uitdehradun.com/">Uttaranchal Institute of Technology</a>established in 2006 and <a target="_blank" href="http://www.uimdehradun.com/">Uttaranchal Institute of Management</a><a target="_blank" href="http://www.uimdehradun.com/"></a>established in 2006. These institutes have become premier educational institutes in Northern India .imparting education to thousands of students. Every year innumerable students pass out successfully out of the portals of these institutes.
